AFUN payments in Brazil: reais, Pix and receipts

AFUN Brazil: brand charactersAFUN · BRASIL

AFUN payments in Brazil use a BRL context, with amounts shown in R$. Pix, bank details and CPF are central to organizing receipts and tracing money. The regulatory position has changed: a method list or logo is not confirmation that new deposits are available.

Separate three questions: where did the money originate, what stage is it at, and which account should receive it back? This keeps earlier payments, withdrawal requests and refunds distinct.

Brazilian payment channels and records

ChannelUseful recordsWhat it does not establish
PixReceipt, E2E, amount, date and recipientInstant payment is not withdrawal approval
Bank transferBank, branch, account and CPFChannel depends on the responsible institution
Payment accountOwnership and statementWallet branding does not confirm AFUN acceptance
BoletoRecipient and earlier payment receiptNot Pix or an automatic withdrawal method
Card or cryptoassetStatement or network recordDoes not replace operating authorization

This table organizes channels and evidence, not currently enabled AFUN methods. Digital banks and wallets may provide Pix, but the banking product does not determine the recipient’s availability or legal position.

Pix keys, QR codes and receipts

The central bank’s Pix supports transfers in reais using account details, keys or QR codes. The app displays recipient and amount before confirmation. Copia e Cola conveys payment data; it is neither a password nor a receipt guarantee.

For an earlier transaction, retain the final receipt and EndToEnd. A scheduled transfer is not a completed debit. The Pix guide separates banking processing from reconciliation.

CPF and an account in your name

CPF identifies the balance holder. Check name and identification at the destination, especially when funds return to their origin. Do not use someone else’s details to resolve a mismatch. The responsible institution should explain corrections or another eligible account.

Branch, account, check digit and account type must match bank records. A card number does not substitute for them. See bank transfers for the full record checklist.

Reading R$ and calculating differences

BRL is the currency code and R$ is the real’s symbol. In local notation, R$ 1.250,00 means one thousand two hundred and fifty reais. Retain centavos and do not round reconciliation amounts. If a request shows R$ 250,00 and the credit R$ 240,00, the difference is R$ 10,00: request a documented explanation before assuming a fee.

A bonus, deposit and bet of R$ 100,00 represent different entries. A displayed balance may group them differently. Track actual debits and credits separately from promotional and potential amounts.

Deposits, withdrawals and refunds

A deposit moves money into a betting account. A withdrawal requests funds under the account’s applicable terms. A post-closure refund follows another process with its own rules and participants. The official timetable does not make a “sent” status a received bank credit.

See withdrawals and refunds to distinguish unsettled bets and determined winnings. Keep the reference, history and statement. Do not repeat an incomplete transaction merely to test the system.

Document differences clearly

  1. Identify the transaction and date.
  2. Record the amount in R$ and bank status.
  3. Separate deposit, withdrawal and refund documents.
  4. Identify who handles each stage.
  5. Keep the support reference and response.

Do not send another Pix to unlock funds. Never share a password, PIN or access code. Prepare your query with AFUN help.

AFUN Brazil and MP 1.394/2026

AFUN’s Brazilian operation appears in the SPA historical register under BRILLIANT GAMING LTDA, CNPJ 56.259.060/0001-88, domain afun.bet.br and Ordinance SPA/MF No. 261 of 7 February 2025. This record concerns the authorization preceding MP 1.394/2026 and does not establish current availability. Brasil Afunbet publishes information about the brand and is not the company holding that CNPJ.

The provisional measure dated 25 September 2026 covers fixed-odds sports betting and online games, including offers by overseas companies to people in Brazil. An international website, reais or a Pix logo creates no exception. Any court ruling must be checked for the particular company and period it covers.

The Finance Ministry timetable describes the general transition, not a promise to credit every AFUN account at a particular time. Keep receipts, identify the responsible operator and track your refund without making another deposit to release the balance.

Frequently asked questions

Does this list confirm available AFUN methods?

No. It organizes Brazilian channels and records. A method’s existence does not establish enabled deposits or withdrawals.

What do BRL and R$ mean?

BRL is the Brazilian real’s code and R$ its symbol. Examples use local decimal commas, such as R$ 100,50.

Should I pay to release a refund?

Do not deposit with a contact promising to unlock funds. Contact the responsible institution independently and record the reference.
